Located on a five-acre site in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, we are a precision metalworking job shop with 80,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space housed in five modern, air-conditioned plants. Emery is convenient to shipping routes along I-40. Whatever industry you are in - nuclear, aerospace, electronic, plastic, telecom, mass transit, heavy equipment or other - we have served your industry many times over the past 50 years. We are experienced in machining almost every material, including difficult to machine aerospace and medical alloys as well as 300 and 400 series stainless steel, X-750, inconel, nitronic, aircraft and tool steels.

Most of our production runs range in quantities from one to 10,000 pieces, but we are also competitive for much larger runs.
