Precision Contract Machining

Emery serves as a contract supplier of precision machined parts to US and international corporations in the aerospace, aviation, electronics, heavy equipment, mass transit, nuclear, and telecom industries. We are experienced in working with a wide spectrum of materials including 300 and 400 series stainless steels, X750, Inconel®, Nitronic®, titanium, carbide, aircraft steels, tool steels and plastics. As a general guide for your information, we have listed our machining process capacities; however, to discuss the specific requirements of your project, please call us.

Machining Capacities

CNC Turning	Large turning up to 31" diameter x 18" length, tolerance of ± 0.0003". Small turning up to 16" diameter x 42" length
CNC Milling	0.125" cube to 28" x 38" x 62" cube, tolerance of ±0.0005"
Surface Grinding	0.005" thick to 24" x 24" x 65" cube, tolerance of ±0.0001" OD/ID Grinding OD 0.40" to 14" x 85" long, tolerance of ±0.0001"
Jig Grinding	14" x 12" x 24", tolerance of ±0.0001"
Turning	Up to 45" diameter x 72" length
Milling	Up to 48" x 96"

Made from very low carbon and low cobalt exotic alloys, these are close tolerance parts for steam generation nuclear reactors.
